Privacy notice

Obsidian Property Intelligence is operated by Omen Obsidian Group LLC. This portal collects onboarding information needed to prepare and review a private client operating brief.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card data, protected health information, or regulated sensitive information. Uploaded suppression files are private and subject to the configured retention policy.

Production retention periods must be configured and approved by the owner before launch. Backups may delay complete erasure after deletion.
